Is the rx 480 asus dual supposed to be really loud like the fans are on 50% and its sounds like a jet the r9 380 was quieter also my card is at 67 c while im playing a game is that normal?

temps are normal but it shouldn't be that loud.

damn that's loud.

check if you can hear which fan(s) are making the noise.

I'd guess that one fan is wobbly/bad and the other is very quiet. if only one fan is making a ton of noise, RMA the card.

if both fans are making a ton of noise, then try turning down fan speed.

 

i know that if i run my 1070 strix at max speed, it sounds like a helicopter, but the fans are never supposed to go that fast anyway.

see if you can get reasonable temps at 30% or 25% speed

Huh I guess I have another fucked up card I gotta replaced b4 and now I gotta get it replaced again btw 40 % and 50 are like a crazy difference
