Input Lag Dell U3415W

I'm considering getting the U3415W. It's on a sale right now. The input lag for the Dell U3415W is 22ms. I'm a casual gamer. For productivity purposes, it doesn't bother me. For shooter games, I'm wondering how much of a difference it will make. 

 

Can someone chime in?

22ms is a little more than a frame. Not noticeable in the majority of games.

It says on newegg that it's 8ms so most likely there's a setting that once enabled will increase response time.
