Correct.  Just look at the diagram below the pins.

Look right under the pins, it shows you exactly what goes where.

 

From that view, the top left is PWR (power) LED (outside is positive, inside is negative).

 

Under that is your HDD LED (same configuration)

 

Right beside the PWR LED is your power switch.

 

And below that is your reset switch.

 

The single pin is left empty.
