Cameras Under $300 (USD)?

Hi. I've recently become very interested in photography, primarily of cars, and I've been looking for a camera that's under $300. I'm not big on techy terms when it comes to cameras, but I don't think that should be a big problem. I don't need a camera that has every fancy feature possible, just a camera that has the most features possible in $300. I understand I won't be getting professional-grade quality, but that's not what I want. I want something that does the job better than my iPhone 5, because right now, even though I've gotten some awesome shots with my iPhone, it doesn't all of the features that a stand-alone camera can provide to me. This might be a very vague description, so if you need any more information, please ask.
