Gpu/Cpu Usage goes down after playing a while

Hello as ı stated in the title after playing AAA games for a while gpu/cpu usage goes down a lot by a lot ı mean sometimes to gpu usage %0 here are some screenshots of monitoring cpu/gpu usage

My Specs:
MSI 1050 TI 4GB
I3 6098P 3.6 GHZ

Corsair 8(x1)GB DDR4 2133 MHZ RAM
600W Zalman PSU(Was built in case)
WDC 500GB HDD

This is a CPU Bottleneck. You are not going to get a smooth experience, its going to be choppy, stuttering etc... you really need to upgrade your CPU or turn down your graphical settings to lessen the load on your CPU. 

 

The dips you are seeing are likely cut scenes or areas that are not as taxing on the performance of your hardware as others.

Thank you for quick reply but if ı turn down the settings the sttuttering becomes more often and ı've seen people with less powerful cpus play without stuttering.

When your CPU is pegged at 100% it does not matter how powerful your GPU is, as it is sitting idle alot. You can see this by the frequent drops from 100% usage and the fact that your CPU is at 100% usage majority of the time. Turning down settings, specifically things like AA and post processing effects such as AA, will help decrease the load on your CPU and hopefully help.

No luck on the lowering settings aswell still the same issue ım playing gta 5 15-30 minutes smooth then the gpu usage goes down like crazy.
