Wifi adapter not working

The card is the Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4A Wireless Network Adapter

It's trying to save power.
Right click on the battery icon in your taskbar->Power Options->Change Plan Settings->Change Advanced Power Settings->Wireless Adapter Settings and put it on maximum performance
