Wifi adapter not working

It's trying to save power.
Right click on the battery icon in your taskbar->Power Options->Change Plan Settings->Change Advanced Power Settings->Wireless Adapter Settings and put it on maximum performance

So, whenever my wifi goes down (1-2 times a day), my internet card in my laptop will disable itself and refuse to work unless I reboot. I haven't tried drivers yet, but what could the problem be?

My surface pro 3 wifi used to do the same thing, its a power settings thing. I bet ure running on windows 10 also ...

Also, disabling the wifi adapter in devices and re-enabling it usually brings it beck to life without a reboot.

Also lower "roaming aggressiveness" in settings to absolute minimum ...

Did you even try my advice? Restart your laptop, turn off power saving mode, then do everything I said above.
