Looks pretty good. I'd go with a WD Caviar Blue for the HDD, as I've heard they're more reliable. And there's a thread somewhere on here that ranks all the PSUs.

7600k isn't worth it. Either get a 1600 or a 6700 or 7700 instead, or be really efficient with the budget like @herman mcpootis and get a 7700k xD

Is the power supply going to be enough, i'v always been told to not cut it too close with power supplys but i don't really know that much about PCs.

more than enough, power consumption with a gtx 1070 won't go past 300w.

Wd green is based off ssd plus iirc
