What's wrong with Apple? (School Project)

For school I have to make a speech to present to my class and Ive decided to bash Apple in my speech , I have some ideas so far but Im in need of 3 main points with 3-5 backing arguments to go along with them. Any help would be appreciated. (I obviously am including specs and pricing)

build quality from the point of thermals, maybe compare it with ascetic beauty,

confusing and often purely deigned features that get renamed something dumb that other companies have had for years

warranty and right to repair debacle

Lol, that reminds of something i did on my english classes at school last year, only that it was about Donald Trump (no joke, i actually did speak well of him, but he had not been elected by then yet).

Might also add the history of form over function, and the fragility of a lot of their devices.

Innovation for the sake of innovation/money, instead of user experience or convenience. (read: headphone jack removal because of "courage")

May I ask what the exact point of the project is?

 

Are you supposed to provide a one-sided biased view of the company, pointing out it's flaws? Or are you supposed to provide an overview of the company?

 

Apple has many flaws, and has done many anti-consumer things, but this forum is particularly anti-Apple, and thus there's a lot of bias against them here.
