Hello,

My configuration is:
AMD Ryzen 7 1800X

Gigabyte GA-AX370-GAMING K7

Corsair Vengeance 32GB - CMK32GX4M2B3000C15

Today was update of BIOS - F3. I can't run anything more than 2400mhz on memory, while cpu is on 3,9ghz 1.325V. I can set 2667mhz only if cpu is on 4,0ghz >1.4V. It's bootable, but it's unstable. When cpu is 3,9Ghz 1.325V, 2667mhz wont even boot. What's more, the BIOS reset process is a tragedy - I had to detach one memory.

I have to admit: before F3 I couldn't even set xmp profile. Only 2133mhz worked.

Should I be calm and wait for further BIOS update? Maybe it's more about memory size?

Is this problem occur on any other motherboards?

Stay calm, that RAM isn't optimized for RYZEN yet, there will probably be a fix

How do you know that?

Ok, but is this possible 4.0Ghz is unstable even on 1.425V (so much higher than on 3,9ghz - 1.325V), because CPU requires higher RAM speed which actually cant be set?

Because Ryzen's RAM patch hasn't come out yet. Wait and check out AMD Community updates on their website because they talk about in detail about every BIOS update.

Here's the most recent one: https://community.amd.com/community/gaming/blog/2017/04/06/amd-ryzen-community-update-3

Some high-speed kits are not optimized for Ryzen yet so you just need to wait.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT 16GB GDDR6 Motherboard: MSI PRESTIGE X570 CREATION
AIO: Corsair H150i Pro RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB 3600MHz DDR4 Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic PSU: Corsair RM850x White

Boom.  Go to the bottom, only officially supports "Intel X99 and 100 Series platforms"

The important thing when selecting RAM for RYZEN is using Samsung B-dies

Only ram I've heard about optimized for ryzen atm is g.skill fortis and flare, though some intel optimized ram has been found to work decently, those samsung memory chips

Yeah, Trident Z 300Mhz with 14 CAS latency works as well.  Its the samsung B-dies you want as they are really compatible with Ryzen.

Do you think Corsair RAM that I have, will become compatibility in future optimalization? Or should I consider replacing it in something with Samsung B-die?

Personally I'd get the TridentZ with B-dies in the first but that is a significant chunk of money to replace
