Intel 7700K combination

I am looking for a motherboard + ram (16GB) combination for the intel 7700K wich I am going to use in my pc build. The motherboard needs to have a M.2 slot for my ssd, and I would like to keep the budget for the cpu+mb+ram around $600. If someone could help me with this that would be great.

Don't use DDR4-2133, it'll hold you back in CPU-intensive games and applications. Considering memory speeds up to DDR4-2800 or 3000 are practically the same price, there's no reason to go for slower memory.

ram speeds don't really do much for intel, though you're right, why not get more when it costs the same

They do have an impact, it's just not dramatic like it is for Ryzen.

Faster Ram has been shown to make a difference with Skylake. Won't be any different for Kaby Lake.
