Are integrated graphics good enough?

Integrated GPU nowadays is good enough. Bear in mind that some CPUs like Ryzen do not have iGPU.

Which cheap graphics card?

You can get by with the iGPU no problem. That's what I do as a daily driver, I live off of the iPGU on my 4590.

well the best IGPU i have used in the ones in surface pro 3, it can hack a surprising amount of gaming for what it is. But the difference between the best IGPU and the lowest end (1050) discrete GPU is still night and day

I used a APU for a couple of years and it was fine on everyday use with some light gaming.

Integrated will be fine, even if you plan on playing games that are light on 3D (like DOTA or something).
