Though I think I know what I need (about 500Watt should probably be sufficiënt from a reputable brand.) I wonder what suggestions you guys will have. The PSU I currently have is a very old Corsair GS800 with changeable led light (no clue why, rarely use it). I believe I bought this back when the AMD Phenom 2 X6 1100t just released. I'm still using it in my main system right now. Though I'm noticing power drops. My 5v rail delivers 4.8/4.9 without load (acceptable) but reduces to 4.4v whenever a decent load will be present. Say for example charging a phone or connecting a USB microphone. The drop gets so low that it disconnects all USB devices for a moment. This occurs on both 2.0 and 3.0 Where 3.0 it seems to happen with more ease. Also I used to have my system on a 4.8Ghz overclock stable at 1.35v but these days I cant get it stable on 4.5 Ghz. My system is already 2.5 maybe 3 years old, but for my use case it doesnt make sense to upgrade to a newer platform. Thus I think replacing the PSU is the best bet.

My current system:

I'll definitely will look into those. My first choice would've been the Corsair RMx series. The Be Quiet! PSU's seems really promising as well.
