Need Help.

I just built my new pc, I used my old hdd and it has windows 7 on it, I tried this hdd on the other computer and it just worked fine.

Now I have my new

gtx 1060

i5 7400

MSI H110M PRO-VH 6TH GEN (recently flashed for the 7th gen i5)

g skill ram.

 

It starts, runs POST then it was on "starting windows" then restarts again.

What might be  the problem.

Try clean install Windows.

yeah try clean install windows but not to scare you it has happened to one of my friends which were a ram issue but hey its 90% windows issue

Hey, thank. I wonder why my HDD works on other computer and It doesnt work on my new pc. what might be the problem?

Sometimes OS can't transfer to a different PC. I don't know what's the exact reason is so sorry about that.

You cannot  tranfer windows from one pc to another, you have to buy a new key
