Ryzen 5 for streaming?

Okay. so I'll be pretty straight forward here.
I'm thinking of streaming and making videos of mostly E-Sports titles .No heavy CPU games or No heavy GPU .just pure E-sports.
I got a budget of about 700$-750$. and will hopefully build it in early May.
I was originally going for the Kaby Lake i5-7500. But with Ryzen 5 coming out which provides more features at a lower price. I decided to opt for Ryzen 5 1500x or maybe the R5 1600.
My question is should I stick to the i5 or go for the Ryzen 5. Bear in mind that I'll be streaming and making videos so I gotta need a powerful consumer CPU. I'm going with 8gb 2133 DDR4 with rx 480 8gb for both systems

Ryzen 5. Go for 16GB RAM.

Ryzen benefits with higher frequency RAM.

Also, as suggested by others, get a 16GB (8GB X 2) kit, and a higher quality PSU.
