If you can ( you can ) put in 6300. It really helps with games, can process 2 more simontanious threads, and especially since its am3+ mobo and you can upgrade in future if you want.

If you need 1TB, you can get it for like 10$ more. If you cant spend more then 500, then dont include cpu cooler and get cheaper 970 mobo, but then you loose 8+2 power phases that you could use if you were to buy 8320 or 8350 in future, or for overclocking and stability /durability.
