R7 1700 would be the best bang for your buck. Each machine could easily have 4-6 cores and would cost considerably less than a Xeon. You could also look into older dual socket servers with something like 2 x x5680s, however powering gpus becomes a little more complicated when using server hardware as you don't always have pcie power connectors.

I would go with whatever Ryzen 6-core you can afford or an i7.  You can share cores between the VMs. You'll need a key for each VM depending on what OS you'll be using.

thinking on installing win 10, but wich i7 would be good..i dontt want to waste performance

well that all depends on your budget, as you will need two GPU's as well and than a PSU to run them, and a compatible motherboard. and enough ram to split between two.

I'm looking at doing this as well with ryzen, and yes it'll VM fine. I'd go R7 1700 hands down. value for money is there and get lots of them cores.

Looks great how ever the ryzen 7 1700 tends to run hot so swap the air cooler for a AIO like the corsair H60. and for your need that be a great build.

how ever if your trying to save money do this.

AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Cheap VM Build

(Cheaper but doesn't focus on aesthetics at all)

how ever if you don't mind spending money than this is what I'd do for aesthetics reasons. and power the ssd for the VM software and the M.2 for Booting off of.

AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Aesthetic VM build

(Hopefully this helps)
