CPU run as GPU?

No, that's not how it works :P. It could only bottleneck or not bottleneck, that's about it.

It seems like you have integrated graphics. This means CPU has also an integrated chip that offers some graphics. Not as high quality as the ones offered by a dedicated graphics card but it is something useful when you are out of money and you can't actually buy a dedicated GPU.

The CPU is the GPU. 

A small part of the CPU is its graphics chip, so the CPU is using some of its power to do GPU work.
