I will be using my pc to do that The video editing i will be doing won't be like 4k it will be more like 1080p and it will be using software like movie maker since i am a co owner of a small gaming channel and will be doing editing for 2 channels that upload often. I will be using it with gtx 1070.

The 1600X with its 6 cores and 12 threads should suit your *reqiurements perfectly :P

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

It will definitely do a lot better than 4c/4t i5 for the same price and still better than an 4c/8t in video editing and streaming.

guys i have a build with it but how can i save some money on it and still get good editing and streaming out of it?

What is the actual build? We can't really say how you can save money without a list :P

But have some generic answers... cheaper case, potentially cheaper motherboard, cheaper storage drives (e.g. a sandisk ssd plus over a 850 evo), cheaper cooler, "cheaper" GPU (as in the same GPU but with a cheaper AIB) ect.

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

If the 1600x comes with any sort of cooler, ditch the T2.

It doesn't :P

The 1600 does, the 1600X doesn't

You've basically already chosen the best bang to the buck "versions" of each component so I don't really think you can make it any cheaper :P

There goes the "if" :P

Now, let me see if i understand:

-The non-X versions come with the Wraith Spire

-The X versions come with nothing

What the F is the Wraith Max for?

Not that important. I might either use a 75 or 60 MHz. how does it effect gaming also?

144Hz makes the biggest difference in fast paced shooters where the difference in other games is a lot less noticeable :P

On a side note, a 1070 is overkill for 1080p 60/75Hz where you may as well be better off getting a 1060 :P

However, at 144Hz, a 1070 is right at home.
