PC crashes when starting/playing games

My friends PC keeps crashing shortly after starting up a game or while he's playing one. The error has to do with the windows kernel.  Bugcheckcode = 0x124.

Have him go download DDU, Link here and run it. Follow the instructions closely. Once completed re-download video drivers and test.
