I found out how to. but for now should I just scan or factory reset I need your opinion

Scan first to rule it out, then reset if necessary. Also I can see you say you are going to build a i3/i5 pc correct? If I were you I would wait for the ryzen 3 and or the 5 series to come out. Ryzen 5 comes out in a week.

Also Probs get a rx 460 or gtx 1050. Way better performance at a small price increase.

Then save. Don't settle for a poop pc when you can save a little more for a better one. The price difference really isnt that bad.

Like if you were to get a ryzen 3 1100 or 1200 "when available", a gtx 460 or 1050(or even a rx 560 "when available"), a cheap am4 mobo, and 4gb of ddr4 ram that would be a sick little affordable gaming pc.

wait so If I download the iso file and do a clean install I wont need to put in the cd key orrrrrrr

If the license for Windows is legit, you can use Nirsoft's ProduKey to recover the key for reinstallation.

So I posted posts about this for a while now last 3 months. And it only happned when I used Google Chrome. If you don't know what "it" is. It's basically this thing that happens when I use google chrome. The svchost.exe spikes up as high as 500,000k , and just know I just uninstalled google chrome and now using good ol maxthon browser. And it seems like this "it" has crawled from Google Chrome to this browser too when I use it. And I would do a format but this guys charges me too much for it. And I would do a clean install of windows but when I put in the CD key at the windows website it would just say Error. So yeah. I cri evertime pls help.

Like this would be a great budget build. Factor in 150-175$ extra due to the missing unreleased ryzen 3 cpu from the part list cpu. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DYkXNN

I just found out after I close Maxthon browser the high usage svchost.exe also closes and goes away. That mean the virus lies in the folders of mxthon right.

No that just means that browser uses that amount of ram.

nah man I mean the svchost.exe things is straight up weird. After starting up Maxthon. It will come and start taking all this ram up in a minute or two. but after me ending the process two sperate times. It would stop popping up and everything would be fine.
