Passively-Cooled / Fanless GPU

I'm building a dead-silent machine for my music studio. 

 

This build isn't for gaming per say, but I'd still like it to pack as big a punch as possible in that department. 

 

I'm planning to use the Streacom DB4 case, so I can fit a small card of 20cm (7.87 inches) or less... quite the limitation, I know.  I can't find anything.

 

Please let me know if this is the dumbest idea ever.  Will this just create too much heat inside the closed case of a workstation that's already running pretty hot?  Alternatively, please let me know if you know of a card that might work!

Also it has a board size of 182mm x 142mm

Awesome!   Are you aware of any older cards that aren't pascal?  Or is this a first of its kind?

 

My research hasn't turned up much but I may not be looking in the right places.

Ooohhh... interesting!  Now my question is... do you think that will be faster than the integrated graphics that come on a modern mini-itx board? (haven't picked one yet)

 

Think I can double it?  lol
