Gtx 1060 + i53470 low fps in some games even on low graphics

Hi, I've been having some problems with my gtx 1060 performance, I used to get steady 60 fps in the following games: Gta v (high Graphics), Dishonored 2 (low graphics), Just Cause 3 (low settings) and Skyrim (normal edition, mod free on ultra settings) (in special edition I get 60 fps on ultra settings), after a windows update in mid march 2017, my fps dropped a lot on these games, from 60 to 30 in some areas.

My specs:

Gtx 1060 Gb

I5 3470 Oc 3.6GHz

10 Gb Ram ddr3

Windows 10 64bits

Mobo Asrock H61M-HVS

Things I tried:

Clean install drivers, roll back drivers, update drivers, Clean install windows, roll back to windows 8.1 Overclocking my gtx 1060, reinstalling the games

Have you cleaned the physical hardware?  A can of compressed air can do wonders

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious
