AMD live streaming/Recording CPU help

I wanted to know what AMD CPU can Livestream and Record video games screen capture? The choice I was leaning toward was the intel i5 or the ryzen 5. Although, I know it'll be difficult to live stream with these CPU's.

you can stream fine on those chips, but depends on what your streaming with. If you using gpu encoding, the cpu has almost no impact on performance.

i'm not gonna speak about ryzen 5 yet, because i havent seen them yet. as for intel side tho, i'd recommend using some form of GPU encoding if you cant afford an i7, you REALLY want that little bit of extra oomph for x264.
