hey, i have installed all of my software onto a second drive, and am planning to reinstall windows. if i remove the second drive before formatting my ssd for the fresh install, do i have to reinstall all the games and porgrams on the second drive or can i just repin them to start

you dont need those reg links for most programs, in fact if your steam library is there steam will just "fix" itself on the first run, and then at most you'll need to install stuff like the visual c++ redist package for the individual games.

Some programs will be able to run. Some won't and require reinstall. I would recommend backupping user config settings and such from OS drive to help.
