WoW Where Kings walk DK quest line problem

I have this document that is addressed to king anduin wrynn (who is in Stormwind Keep atm) but the quest objective says to give the document to king varian wrynn who isn't there. I have tried giving the document to king anduin but I can't for whatever reason so does anyone know how to complete this quest? I am 100% sure I am in the right place. I don't know much at all about WoW lore but I am pretty sure that it was reveled that King Varian Wrynn died in the Legion trailer and he was replaced. I also looked up multiple videos but no one did a video on that quest for Legion.

try dropping the quest and picking it back up. Seeing no reports of bugs on it. So its likely something with the quest you have.

Drop it, log completely out, go into your WoW folder and delete your cache then log back in and try.
