Help Needed!!!

Help I'm kind of low of money since I bought a switch but I need a new laptop for school and gaming so I want a hp pavilion 17z HP Laptop - 17z touch optional | HP® Official Store - and I'm getting one with a amd apu which is a amd A12-9700p I looked at bench marks and said they got 70 fps on csgo!!! I tested out a older laptop with a A10 in it and got only 20 fps in csgo so are these benchmarks legit because for a amd apu that things a beast

i5 6200u/7200u + 940M/940MX would be much better imo
