Im new to building a pc, and need help with making a build. My budget is around $700 and I want to play games like wow and h1z1. It don't have have to run oh max settings, medium settings at ~60fps would be fine for me. I just need all the help I can get.     I live in the U.S west coast. I have a monitor, mouse, and keyboard. Just need the pc. I would like to play at 1680×1050 or 1920×1200 but im not picky.
