even with really cheap knew components you wont be able to get it for 300. you would have to go used and find some good deals. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZC8gNN here is one of the cheapest builds you could do that would still be able to game.

that build is really weird, Why such a huge PSU, Why a 1TB HDD, Why fancy gaming ram ? Why GTX not RX for Value. and Why a $30 case for a budget build. Your entire thing makes little to no sense on choosing those parts.

To OP. Best bet find a Second hand MB+i5+8gb Setup. anything from 3rd Gen up will be perfect.
8GB Value ram, Ram is ram and you really don't need anything fancy as it makes NO difference with your budget/Specs
120GB SSD will make a massive upgrade to performance.

350w PSU will be more than enough.

A Case just grab anything you or friends have laying around. A Case is a case and low end parts can all cool themselves perfectly without fancy cases.

Redstone:
i7-4770 / Z97 / GTX 980 / Corsair 16GB  / H90 / 400C / Antec EDGE / Neutron GTX240 / Intel 240Gb / WD 2TB / BenQ XL24

Obsidian:

MSI GE60 2PE i7-4700HQ / 860M / 12GB / WE 1TB / m.Sata 256gb/Elagto USB HD Capture Card

Razer Deathadder Chroma / Razer Blackwidow TE Chroma / Kingston Cloud2's / Sennheiser 429 / Logitech Z333

I would like a gaming pc that is console budget, so about $300, that is able to play games such as Battlefield 1 and Call of Duty at preferably 1080p, 40+ FPS, could you please suggest me a build?

get a used 2-3rd gen i5/7 pc with the best gpu you can afford with the money left, $300 isn't enough for a good gaming pc.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

www.dellrefurbished.com

get any of the i5 Optiplex systems then just add a gtx 1050ti or higher to get 60fps in those games

1. Find me a better psu for cheaper. Go on I will wait.

2. I don't mind paying more just so I get regular RAM w/o heatspreaders.. Because fancy ones for cheaper is bad

3. I call bs that rx is better. You didn't check benchmarks didn't you?

4.Why a 1TB HDD? What's wrong with 1TB HDD? You wanna pay 10 dollars less for a 250gb hdd instead? To save money? Or get a 120gb ssd and fills up all the space in months just for the sake of extra load time but not extra performance.

Your entire argument makes no sense tbh. Go home, you're drunk

Your calling a 30 dollar case a fancy overexpensive cases? That is one of the lowest costing cases out there. Maybe you can save 10 bucks and get an even worse case but you are only saving yourself 10 bucks. I also said that was about as cheap as you can get with new components so don't say that you can find cheaper cases on the used market because that would defeat the purpose of the theoretical build. Also I got the S12II 520 watt because it is currently one of the cheapest not crap power supply out there. Yeah you can get a cheaper psu but I'm not going to recommend someone a psu that has the potential to harm the other components of their pc. As for ram I just went with one of the cheapest sticks of 8gb I could find. If you can find cheaper be my guest. For the storage I went with a 1tb hardrive because it is the cheapest option. I would always recommend an ssd of one can afford it but in this case I would say they can't because if they want to play call of duty and bf1 they will need more space than a 120gb ssd.
