Well what I eat is not exactly the healthiest but here it is for breakfest I have a cup of milk a scrambled egg and some chocolate cookie pie like thing then I have potatos and kale (one potato) for lunch I have a snack of a scrambled egg and milk then for dinner I have fried potato (again one potato)

 

I don't go outside at all pretty much

 

Well yeah that's it don't know why I'm on a tech forum for advice on how much to eat but yeah..

We would only be guessing. If you're concerned about how much you need to eat, you should speak to your doctor, and if possible, get him to refer a nutrition specialist.

 

Personally, I would think you need a bit more variety. More vegetables (besides just kale). More protein (besides just eggs) - cook some beef or chicken now and then.

 

You also seem to eat a lot of potatoes. Potatoes are good for you, but they're very starchy and very calorie heavy considering they don't give you many nutrients.

 

Corn byproduct is in a lot of food (corn syrup in particular), but you should be able to find plenty of alternatives.
