140MM Rad AIO or Low Profile CPU Cooler?

Hi guys! It's my first time posting here and I'd like to ask your opinion of the best price to performance 140mm AIO or low-profile CPU cooler for my MINI ITX build.

My case, the Silverstone FT03 Mini, only has 1x 140mm intake fan at the bottom. I replaced the stock Silverstone air penetrator with a Noctua 140MM 3000rpm fan in PWM.
I can't find cheap 140mm coolers( NZXT x42), but there are 120mm alternatives like the DeepCool Captain 120EX but it's a 120mm radiator. Haha

GPU: Zotac GTX 1060 6GB AMP! SE

I'm planning to upgrade to a 1070 Founder's Edition soon because of its blower style cooler which works better with my case.

Got any suggestions?

The FT03 Mini manual has a section at the end that details installing a 120mm radiator and fan. If you are planning to overclock this is the best option. Otherwise, just go with the stock cooler or a low profile Noctua or Cryorig.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
