Why a z series board with a locked CPU? Get an h270 instead and upgrade the GPU to an rx 470. Cooler is also way overkill. Use stock cooler or go down to something like a 212 evo and use money saved to get an ssd and 16gb ram.

Buy whatever product is best for you, not what product is "best" for the market.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

Say if this is good or not.

Pretty good. You might be able to save a bit going with a B250 or H270 motherboard. Z270 motherboards are intended for unlocked (K) series cpu.

You don't need a 650W psu. You may be able to save a bit going with something like the Corsair CXM 450W.

The Spec-03 comes with two fans. That should be sufficient for this build.

Good call on the Windows, the Pro version is rarely needed outside of company networks.

Don't bother getting the H100i V2. It's a great cpu cooler, but really only needed if one is overclocking an unlocked cpu. The cpu comes with a stock cooler if you are buying a boxed part, use it. Use the savings to get a 240GB+ ssd.

If there is any budget left after adding an ssd, consider getting a larger monitor.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
