i don't think Forza will utilize 32Gb of RAM. when gaming at 4K in Witcher 3 (super heavy game) i only use like 10Gb tops.

ram is expensive and you dont need it get a 16gb stick and if you need it get another one later (in a year when i will become much cheaper)

also consider a ryzen 5 or at least get the k variant your cpu even if you dont oc it will do a slight oc (higher base clock) plus you can oc latter when it gets old or it will sell for more

and the 6600k with a z170 is a better value

for ssd get the Samsung 850 evo

get the zotac 1070 amp exteme that oc like a beast and has one 2 game free 'For Honor' or 'Ghost Recon: Wildlands'

for case also consider zalman z9 neo

You can upgrade to future LGA1151 processors. You can get a bit cheaper cooler like Cyrorig H7 which performs also good not as good as this but should be good and is 20-25$ cheaper. If you can spend 10$ extra then I prefer you to go with Gigabyte Windforce OC GTX 1080 which is having base clock of 1.66GHZ and boot clock of 1.80GHZ. whereas founders edition is having 1.61 base and 1.73 boost.
