Hi, I ordered the Asus strix 1080 Ti OC.

Will it be ok for my current setup ?

The i5 will bottleneck

You could try overclocking your CPU since you already have it. And Worst case is what RollinLower said, would have to upgrade if overclocked CPU still bottlenecks.

Even though it does not say K, Google shows it is overclockable.

But the CPU is OC at 4.3Ghz, wouldn't that help?

only a little, but that card gets bottlenecked in some scenario's by 6600K's, so it's to be expected.
