Is there a way that's not a PSU to power up an 1600 watt car amp in home?

Well, no.

You need 12VDC and that doesn't come out of your wall.

Therefore you're going to need a PSU which converts whatever comes out of your wall to 12VDC.

What do you have against using a PSU?

It's a BOSS Audio AR1600.2 Armor 1600-watts, what would you recommend, I was thinking in a transformer, but I don't know if that would work. And, if there is no other way, which PSU would you recommend for it? It will only be powering a 1200 RMS sub, so I don't think I'll never reach 1600.

You could use a car battery and a trickle charger but I don't know how long of a session you can play for before the battery gets low.
