Solved by brob,
- Consider getting the latest generation cpu and chipset. Intel Core i3-7100 3.9GHz Dual-Core Processor with ASRock H270M-ITX/ac Mini ITX LGA1151 Motherboard
- Going with a single memory module will leave room for an upgrade should it ever be needed. The performance difference will not be noticeable. Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
- You might consider a Crucial MX300 525GB ssd. Crucial MX300 525GB 2.5"
- Many motherboards are able to drive two or three monitors. So the 1050 is not needed unless gaming is a must.
- Consider getting a single monitor. Something like LG 27UD58-B 27.0" 3840x2160 60Hz Monitor will actually display more than the two 1920x1080 monitors in the OP.
