If you have Xiaomi or Huawei phones available check out the Redmi Note 3/4, Redmi 3/3S/4/4A, and Honor 5X/6X. All great devices.

Otherwise, a Moto G4 would probably fit in your budget, or a used Nexus 5X or something could be considered too.
