I wanna get into bios just to do some overclocking on my ram.

my motherboard is a gigabyte-78LMT-USB3

im running windows 10 and I'm pretty clueless as I've used other programs to overclock never bios as I didn't know how to access it. Ive seen videos where people click system reset and load into it, but once you're done with this will it reset your system? I just want to do a quick overclock but I'm afraid it will reset my system, if I overclock what happens to my pc?

There is no reason why the bios should reset your drive. I'd almost go as far as to say it is impossible. Pres del or f2 on boot to enter bios. Then turn up multiplier. Base clock times the multiplier is the clock. What CPU and mobo do you have. You need a unlocked k or x series CPU and a z or x series mobo.

You can access it from within windows, I believe you go to settings - update and security - recovery - restart now - advanced - uefi
