akamai net session

Hi guys! so for the past few days i've been trying to update my maya 2016 to 2017 so now its and the point where i can't download anything autodesk related because akamai net won't install and fails evertime so now im gonna be late on a piece of work and can't find help anywhere about how and why akamai netsession won't install anyone else ever had this problem? i attached a file of what im constantly seeing please help someone its driving me insane

I ran into an issue a long time ago on this, but having difficulty remembering what we did to fix it.  I'm not 100% certain, but I know we did have to kill a lot of other processes running in task manager.  I think there may have been a few other items disabled in the security services.  I've been trying to go through past notes, but this happened a few years ago.

really? anything you can remember would be very appreciated.

I'm skimming through notes and tickets like crazy.  it's about 3-4 years worth.  I am also remembering we downloaded it a few times because we noticed discrepancies in file sizes and we found 1 or 2 downloads to come over corrupt.  This was a link in one of our tickets for help.  I'm not see resolution on that ticket, but no notes indicating that it didn't work. I have a ticket stating that there could have been an issue with date and time.  It wasn't the cause of our issue, as our UTC was set properly, but verify your BIOS date and time are correct as it can mess all sorts of things up with Akamai.
