Hi guys! so for the past few days i've been trying to update my maya 2016 to 2017 so now its and the point where i can't download anything autodesk related because akamai net won't install and fails evertime so now im gonna be late on a piece of work and can't find help anywhere about how and why akamai netsession won't install anyone else ever had this problem? i attached a file of what im constantly seeing please help someone its driving me insane

I ran into an issue a long time ago on this, but having difficulty remembering what we did to fix it.  I'm not 100% certain, but I know we did have to kill a lot of other processes running in task manager.  I think there may have been a few other items disabled in the security services.  I've been trying to go through past notes, but this happened a few years ago.

I'm skimming through notes and tickets like crazy.  it's about 3-4 years worth.  I am also remembering we downloaded it a few times because we noticed discrepancies in file sizes and we found 1 or 2 downloads to come over corrupt.  This was a link in one of our tickets for help.  I'm not see resolution on that ticket, but no notes indicating that it didn't work.
