That is great customer service! Don't get me wrong, I use corsair ram and power supply. The Corsair only look is what's getting old to me. in my opinion though, the best case they ever made though was the 800d. everything since hasn't had the same quality.

I always thought the 800D was a really "meh" case. I like the look of the modern Obsidian line a lot more, not to mention all the options in them. I've gone through several cases in the last few years with many different top-end brands but Corsair was the first to really have everything I wanted in one package without me needing to pull out a dremel. Originally it was the 350D and it's crazy water cooling options for a M-ATX case and the 750D came around right when I was looking at upgrading and it fixed the little issues I had with the 350D (I hate the 350D's SSD mounting cages and complete lack of space for drives once you add a front rad). I love the look of Silverstone's TJ series but they fit into that "expensive as hell" catagory and I don't have the hardware to really show something like the TJ11 off. Mountain Mods and Caselabs also have the too expensive issue going for them. Peripheral wise they don't really do anything for me.
