Micro-AtX Cases on the cheap

Was just curious if anyone has suggestions for nice looking cases that are Micro-Atx, and more meant for office work and being on the ground?

Currently have the Fractal Design Core 1100 picked out, but wondering if there is any cheaper 1's that look decent, aren't super hard to build in (I got big hands) and are decent built quality?

Also if anyone has the aforementioned case, let me know what you think about it/

Thanks.

Current System Specs:

CPU: Intel I5-7660K; CPU Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 212X; Thermal Paste: IC Diamond 7 Carat; Motherboard: MSI Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon;

RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8gb) DDR4 - 2400; SSD Storage: 1TB Samsung 850 EVO; Storage: 2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm;

GPU: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1070 8gb G1 Gaming; Case: NZXT Phantom 530 Black; PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 650W 80+ Gold, OS: Windows 10 Home

Well since the Fractal Design case is ~$50, I'd so no more than $50, since I would probably choose the Fractal case over a more pricier 1 lol.

Does the case need to have a 5.25" external bay(s)? (Like the FD 1100 does.)

Why do you want to put a mATX case on the 'ground'? An ordinary full tower case would be more suitable for floor use.

Small desk space available, and the location I would put it I'm placing a 2nd monitor or possibly a 3rd.

Probably not, since you can still get external disk drives I imagine.

This Rosewiil case has top mounted I/O which may be convenient for floor mounting.

Looks interesting,would the intake only be on the side or from the front too?

Also more curiousity, can you easily pick-up after-market dust filters for intake fans?
