hi budget is only 20,000 pesos in the Philippines.. with future upgrade and we need complete with monitor at least 1080p resolution . Thank You for your help.

thats easy.. Grab a mid range NON K i5, cheapy Mb. 4Gb cheap ram. 120Gb SSD and 300w PSU. Cheapest case. 

Thats it. The iGPU will handle the game and a SSD will make life a lot better. The i5 gives you big room for gaming once he's saved up again and buys a good mid range GPU**** 

I'd even look at a i5-4460 they were fantastic for gaming. 

Don't try squeeze in a entry lvl gpu 710/730 or what ever they are KAK are will eat into your budget.

720p lowest settings - any iGPU will run perfectly well.
1080p highest settings - g4560/any i5 + 1050ti/rx470
