Hyperx Cloud 2 quiet white noise

Hello, I just recently bought myself a pair of hyperx cloud 2 headset. I love it but have one problem.

Whenever i go on low volume on youtube, I can hear a quiet white noise. It is very annoying. When I use 7.1 on games aswell, the white noise is there but a bit louder. It's very quiet but noticeable. I'm hoping someone will be able to tell me a solution quickly, as I can easily get this replaced, but prefer a fix. Thank you.

The static only appears when a video is playing.

The firmware Version is: 005 the latest.
