No idea whats wrong..

Now for some reason near enough every facebook video and some youtube videos my image is looking like this (Screnshot below)

 

Setup: 

i7 4790

MSI Gaming X 1070

16GB RAM

Samsung SSD

 

I have tried everything i can try including a RMA Of the GPU thinking it may be that as it was doing the same before hand. 

I would just like to know if it's Facebook with the problem atm or its a problem with my PC if so what?!

probably facebook. Try a different os, like a linux live usb.

Maybe something with the browser, maybe some scripts aren't working properly...other than that I don't know

Could be a software driver bug not an actual GPU or CPU hardware error

Ive recently done a clean install of Windows 10, Problem persists

1. Download last version of browser.

2. Remove not used browser addons.

3. Remove temporary files, browser history cashe etc (really this often solves very random browser problems)

4. Reinstall browser.

you had the problem already before clean install?

I did yes, But my problem was more with youtube videos, they would pixlate but not be as bad as these images provided, now they seem to have stopped. (Crosses fingers.)

Just cleaned google chrome, Will update if the problem persists. If anything else i can try please let me know.

Chrome has a option for GPU accelerated rendering in settings. Is that turned on? Try another browser as well.

Override software rendering list? If so i have an option to Enable?

Same thing occurred with the cleanup of Chrome.

That image a different to others but they seem to differ.

Seated the GPU in my second PCI slot, same problem
