Pick out my monitor! I cant decide

So I am working on my first pc build. I am going with a ryzen 5 build and here will be my rig.

Ryzen 5 1600.

Stock cooler for now but plan on updating to an AIO liquid cooler in the near future

some x370 board. Most likely the MSI Pro Carbon
8 or 16 gb of ram. Thinking about going with 8 for now to save a few dollars
Sapphire 8gb rx480 (already purchased)
EVGA 650w PSU (Already purchased)
NZXT s340 elite black/red (already purchased) 
 

So back to the point of this post. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO GET MONITOR WISE!!! (~200 dollar budget)

I would go with a 24 inch 1080p display that has free sync and a higher refresh rate for the build you are putting together.

I am leaning towards the viewsonic 24inch. 

Open to any other suggestions as well. But I think the price for performance of the viewsonic will be the highest.

Yep I would go with that. I wouldn't recommend a 1080p display at 27 inches because at that point you can start seeing individual pixels fairly easily. But at 24 inches the ppi is quite higher and it is a much more solid viewing experience. Also your hardware at 1080p should easily be able to push 75 fps in almost every game.

Exactly what I was expecting to hear. Going with that will open up a few bucks to go back into the build.
