Is my graphics card Broken?

KenXeiko

I don't really know if my Graphics card is dead or broken but as far as i know it is showing some signs that it has problems with it, for me in order to play the game without crashing but still has Artifacts i assume? i have to under clock or down clock my graphics card.

I'm not sure if this is a Graphics card problem, it can't be the temp of it because underload it lays between 60 degrees celsius or 122 fahrenheit.

Here's a video, this also happens to ArmA 3 but without the pink boxes, just the white stuff.

BTW, it's seizure imminent i assume? there's a lot of flashing stuff that's multi colored.

Thats 100% classic signs of artifacting. In my personal experience its usually from bad ram on the card. It happened to an EVGA GTX 760 I had that was still under warranty so was able to RMA it for a new one.

Unfortunately Palit's warranty is 2 years so i won't be able to RMA it for a new one, time to buy a new one i guess.

Should i wait for Vega? or just get a 1060?

look, your graphics card is addicted to some sort of drug. i'd recommend you seek medical attention, it seems like it still has some time to live if it goes to some sort of rehabilitation program.

we know it can be difficult but sometimes you have to let go.

it looks broken, try to get it replaced if it's still under warranty. if not then save up for another one i guess
