HELP!!! PC wont boot up

Hello everyone i need your help i just finished building my first pc and something is very very wrong. So what happens is i turn on my pc no picture comes up on my monitor and then i saw that when i turn my pc on my CPU_LED turns red for a second then the DRAM_LED MemOK! is red for about 3-4seconds and then VGA_LED becomes solid red for the whole time.

 

PS: im open to any suggestions i cant borrow anything from anyone and i tried swapping the ram and pressing the dram_memok button but thats it

 

PC Specs:

Motherboard: Asus z170-A 

CPU: Intel Core i5 7500

RAM: 16Gb of HyperX Fury DDR4 

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

PSU: Evga 600w

So everything turns on except the monitor? Did you try plugging it into your motherboard?

well i dont have a gpu at the moment so i tried and plugged hdmi and vga into the motherboard nothing

Latest bios on the Z170 board? An kabylake 7500 won't work until an bios flash

You must flash the BIOS with Kaby Lake Firmware. Sadly, you will need a Skylake CPU to do that. I would recommend buying a cheap skylake CPU just to flash the bios or get a kaby lake motherboard

get the cheapest skylake celeron you can find and flash the bios with it. Why did you bought an Z170 and an Non-K kabylake chip in the first place?

well i thought you can get to the motherboard bios without the need of a skylake cpu cant i flash the bios without the need of a new cpu

No, you need an skylake CPU :)  Just get the cheapest Skylake Celeron. and flash the bios with that. It will work and then you can switch back to the I5

or you can RMA the mobo and get an Kaby-lake version
