You're spending way too much on the case, the 5 is enough and you can invest the extra money into parts that actually make a difference to performance. Like a 1080. Or 16GB of RAM.

Like I said I have an extra stick of DDR4 8GB ram but I will change the case.

This Silicon Power drive has similar (maybe faster) 4K read speeds, and it's cheaper.

120GB isn't enough.  After installing enough programs (even on his D drive) it will fill up quickly.

 

This is just personal opinion, but I'd suggest staying away from any AIO coolers.  They don't do much better than air coolers (explanation here), and the risk of leaking isn't worth it IMO.
