Have to manually press the HDD when booting. HELP

That's what it says but the fan is spinning fine. I plugged the CPU fan into the CPU fan slot. 

 

I disabled F1 if error

How do I fix this. It goes into a black screen with writing saying press F1 to configure. Have to press F1 and press on the HDD

Replace the fan instead

It's staying on the black screen unless I press f1 and press the HDD. The long word in the bios
