I like Intel and Nvidia... AMD aren't bad but I just find some of their decision a LITTLE bit annoying sometimes.

Looks good other than no HDD. Do you already have one? If not, I'd chuck one in and spend the rest of the money on a lesser capacity SSD.

well the red black and white colour scheme disturbs me - and the h60 isn't exactly the best value cooler - i'd chuck that and go for a h100i or an air cooler - you don't need an evga g2 - any tier 1 or 2 psu will do - bitfenix whisper is actually a good choice when it's on sale - consider an evga gs

Apparently with newer BIOSes AMD has fixed the IMC issue where it can't actually use faster RAM, people are reporting amazing gains with 3000-3600Mhz memory, with the 1700x + 3600 beating Intel in some games

idk

no, but seagate has more cache than a wd caviar blue - and besides, that was just a placeholder - and i didn't want to jack the total price up that much or else people would complain that it was painfully over budget

I don't think anyone would have cried over $8...as much as they'd point out what a shitty choice that drive is.

You're actually going to try and argue it makes sense to get half the storage in a much slower drive because it has more cache? That's not a very smart suggestion to make. You could have gotten a cheaper SSD to counter the added cost. I'd also have went with the S340, that case is ugly as balls, but each to their own :P

lol - i just like rgb and white - if they had a s340 elite with hue and grid pre installed in it i would snap it up - im using a h440 rn - lol and it doesn't make sense to save 8 bucks for 500gb less - but i was being an idiot - pardon my shittyness - woke up at 4 to meet a deadline for an app my company is developing and haven't stepped away from webstorms and intellij since - kill me now

@Squarq

I would swap out the R7 1700X for the R7 1700 and then use the savings to get a 240mm/280mm AIO.
