I love itx system, The cases yuo get for them are super varied. My Mrs last system I built in a 250D and would love to do another one !

Just find unless you SLI/XFire the case just looks empty, I get that every time I look into mine.

If you WCooling Itx is also epic, but if its your first loop might be worth going mid tower.

What parts/ cases you looking at ?

Redstone:
i7-4770 / Z97 / GTX 980 / Corsair 16GB  / H90 / 400C / Antec EDGE / Neutron GTX240 / Intel 240Gb / WD 2TB / BenQ XL24

Obsidian:

MSI GE60 2PE i7-4700HQ / 860M / 12GB / WE 1TB / m.Sata 256gb/Elagto USB HD Capture Card

Razer Deathadder Chroma / Razer Blackwidow TE Chroma / Kingston Cloud2's / Sennheiser 429 / Logitech Z333

Did you see the error on your itx build?

Unable to verify the Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV ITX Mini ITX Tower Case has sufficient mounting depth to support the Corsair H100i v2 70.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler 240mm radiator.

Perhaps you should verify if it fits.

To be fair the case you picked isn't really much smaller than a more compact mid tower...

I'd also make some tweaks and throw a 1080Ti in there.

It does, I looked on the build guides. People have done it before.

Midtower advantages

larger build space

more airflow

easier to build in

you can put more than one GPU or PCIe card

more MOBO choices

more space for custom loops

ITX advantages

smaller form factor

can look really cool if done correctly

Okay, I just cant decide whether to go for a NZXT S340 elite or a PHANTEKS Evolv ITX case. I am leaning more towards the ITX build though.

the s340 is fairly small for a midtower, not good for large GPUs or loops. I haven't had any experience with the phanteks

I'm not going to be doing any custom loops and if I was I probably would get a Corsair C70 vengeance case. The S340 is small and that's what I like about it. Another case that I saw that I like was the Evga DB87
